We invite you or your work place to become an ICEE Sponsor by giving a regular
donation through Work Place Giving, your support will be giving sight today and
developing eye care for tomorrow.

For as little as $12.00 per fortnight or $6.00 per week you can help give sight to as many as 60 people each year by helping them to get the glasses they need and help rebuild their lives.

What is Work Place Giving?
Work Place Giving is easy, and best of all it costs you less to give more. You can start, stop or change the amount of your donation at any time.

Pre-tax giving: Most Work Place Giving programs make contributions from pre-tax salary, allowing you to
receive the tax benefit immediately (instead of waiting to claim tax back at the end of the financial year). This
means that ICEE does not need to issue individual receipts saving general administration costs and the total amount donated by you will be included on your Payment Summary from your employer at the end of each financial year for inclusion in your tax return.

Post-tax giving: If your company requires that your workplace giving contribution be made as an after tax
deduction, then a receipt will be issued at the end of the financial year if requested, advising of the amount you have contributed in that year. The amount shown on the receipt represents the amount you can claim as a tax deduction for that financial year.

To arrange your Work Place Giving

Employees: To support ICEE with a regular donation, please download and complete our Work Place Giving Form and provide it to your payroll or human resources officer. If ICEE is not on your employers current nominated charities list you can nominate ICEE as your chosen charity.

Employers: Work place giving is easily managed through your normal payroll system. There are no tax forms to fill out and all employees on the Pay As You Earn tax system may join the program.
